"My first reaction when I saw my Cosmic Imprint was, “Wow!” I felt surprise and curiosity as my eyes moved across the symbols and images, noticing what naturally drew my attention.

Over time, I began to notice something interesting. I felt drawn towards flowers and unexpectedly found myself taking a trip to attend a wildflower-making class—something connected to a love of flowers that had been dormant in me.

Soon after, I was invited to a community event where there was a Bollywood dance demonstration. I had always wanted to dance, and when I discovered there were free classes, I simply said yes. I had such fun.

It felt as though new opportunities were presenting themselves around the things I love. They felt like gifts, and I realised that it was my choice whether I accepted them.

“My experience with my Cosmic Imprint began even before the workshop. The moment I received it, I was drawn to the codes and shapes within it. I found myself looking at them, trying to understand what they meant, before realising how quickly my mind was trying to make sense of everything.

"It has been an exciting and interesting few days.

One of the first things that became clear for me was a choice regarding my health. A suggestion had been made that I avoid herbs and continue only with acupuncture. However, it simply did not feel right for me.

What happened next was amazing. My acupuncturist could no longer practise acupuncture from home due to new regulations and, without me even asking, he referred me to another practitioner with the same training and approach. It was a beautiful awareness of where and how I was being guided towards exactly what my body needed.

Following the session, I continued with the humming practice and found myself noticing different tones throughout the day. One evening, as I went to bed, I began seeing spirals, shapes and symbols, including a beautiful platinum-coloured number seven. The next morning, while humming again, I noticed higher tones emerging, almost as though I was finding the exact frequency.

Later, looking at sunlight reflected in water, I saw bright green dots and platinum shapes dancing before me. At the beach, I witnessed an incredible rainbow, first appearing faintly before revealing itself in full brilliance. Listening to the sound of the ocean, standing in the warmth of the sun and simply being present felt deeply meaningful.

"The Saturn Method series is an eloquently crafted art therapy series that allowed me to connect with my inner self and provided me with a profound insight into my inner wounds. The life timelines that Sunil provided were a real eye opener into understanding my life path during various ages of my life.

Each session provided the opportunity for me to reflect why certain situations happened in my life and gave me the guidance to release myself from that karmic pattern. Personally, the 4 weeks of the series were extremely intense in regard to my releasing, where in one week I experienced an extremely intense night of violent purging through my body, something that I have never experienced before.
