Where My Guiding Light Began

For as long as I can remember, I have experienced the world through images, symbols, and impressions that often arrived before words. What began as a quiet and deeply personal experience gradually evolved into an exploration of creativity, perception, and the many ways awareness can emerge through direct experience.

Over the years, this exploration led me to work with colour, multidimensional codes, and sound frequency as mediums for understanding and engaging with the deeper aspects of ourselves. A meaningful part of this journey was my connection with Meher Baba and the time spent in Meherabad, experiences that continue to hold personal significance and quietly inform my creative process today.

My work is rooted in presence, observation, and deep listening. Through colour, multidimensional codes, and sound frequency, I support individuals in exploring their inner landscape and developing a more conscious relationship with themselves.

Today, through Universe Within™, I share this work with individuals, groups, organisations, and communities seeking deeper ways of engaging with self-discovery, exploration, and direct experience.
